"When we decided to refinish the parquet floors on our main level, we called only one company: Heritage Floors. Janusz had previously built our oak staircase, so we were confident that the job would be well done. Within 5 days, he thoroughly sanded, re-stained and varnished the entire main floor. I wasn’t happy with depth of the stain colour after the initial application, but Janusz agreed to add another coat to darken it at no extra cost. The floors came out very evenly stained, and the finish is so durable that even our large dog hasn’t managed to scratch it up. While the work was in progress, Janusz made sure that we always had access to the second floor by building a convenient ramp from the foyer to the staircase. We have since recommended Heritage Floors to two relatives and a neighbour, all of whom have been very satisfied with Janusz’s reliability and precision workmanship."
